Dacide AG is a Zürich company with two founders and a small number of mandates at a time.

Dacide AG has its office at Limmatstrasse 103, 8005 Zürich, and its registered seat in Hünenberg (ZG). UID CHE-309.504.509. The team originally came together as a startup in the fashion industry.
Today the work falls into four areas:
- Company Brain: we compile a company's documents into a cited, versioned wiki that people and agents can query.
- Swarm simulation: we stress-test a plan against a crowd of simulated agents before money is spent.
- Board decisions: we give CEOs and boards a decision process and a written record they can defend years later.
- Audits: we check the books of property and yacht managers without needing to know who the owner is.

Working rules.
- We hold a small number of mandates at a time.Each one needs undivided attention, which limits how many we can carry.
- We review the architecture every two months.Models and tools change faster than contracts run, so a set-up chosen in spring can be wrong by autumn.
- An agent works under human supervision for weeks before it runs alone.Its mistakes show up while a person still reads every output.
- Every referral fee is disclosed and deducted from our fee.If a supplier pays us for an introduction, you see the amount and pay that much less.
- We report what the data says, including when it says you do not need us.An owner who hears bad news early still has time to act on it.
- Where a result can be measured, the fee can be tied to it.On audits, fees tied to recovered savings are available. The terms go into the written scope.

Rehearse one decision

- Evidence pack, simulation report with the spread of outcomes, decision record.
- We stop if
- The documents cannot support the question, or the available data cannot answer it.
- Not included
- Legal or tax advice. Carrying out the decision.
Audit one set of books
- You bring
- The statements and invoices for one property or one yacht.
- We do
- The full audit method, run on anonymised data.
- You get
- Report with graded findings, action plan for 30, 90 and 365 days, a catalogue of demands for your manager.
- We stop if
- The documents are too thin to prove a finding.
- Not included
- Statutory audit. Legal or tax advice. Implementing the recommendations, unless agreed.
Build one Company Brain
- You bring
- One knowledge domain and access to its documents.
- We do
- Compile the documents into a wiki where every page cites its sources.
- You get
- Compiled wiki with sources and page history, named owners and a review cycle, hosting set-up.
- We stop if
- The sources are too incomplete to cite.
- Not included
- Other domains. Ongoing editing, unless agreed.
